Tristar's reputation is built on quality. We employ skilled craftsmen capable of working to even the finest tolerances. Tristar's in plant inspection department makes sure we practice what we preach. Each job is carefully measured, inspected for appearance, surface finish and material flaws. Gears are carefully tested for hardness; flat areas are tested for squareness. Non-destructive testing such as radiographic, ultrasonic, dye-penetration and magnetic particle inspection are used to detect micro-cracks. Many products are electro-polished to ensure very best finish available.

Tristar's inspectors are thorough and work to North American machining and welding standards.
