Shipping Information

Tristar products are sold internationally from our home in
British Columbia, Canada. We serve customers throughout Canada and the United States. We also export overseas, particularly to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the Pacific Rim.

Tristar services all of North America through the use of contracted Common Carriers, L.T.L. (less than truckload - flatbed), specialty carriers, and Rail Poolcar. This selection supports a broad range of criteria, from extremely economical to fastest possible exclusive use to and from all corners of the continent.

U.S. customers: you are not inconvenienced by trans-border shipping. Our traffic department looks after all Customs and Broker documentation.

Small shipments under 80lbs, ship via any small package courier to:

Your shipment is computer tracked every day, and a truck is dispatched to bring the goods across the border to our plant. Larger shipments are specially arranged to meet your cost/service requirements. Customers are not required to provide any customs documents if the above is followed: a packing list or material release is sufficient.

Please note: All parts shipments from Tristar are shipped F.O.B. Bellingham, WA, Duty & Brokerage paid.

Canadian customers: we are pleased to employ Canadian Freightways and Reimer generally for shipments from l00 to 1,500 Lbs., Rail Poolcar (Toronto and Montreal Terminals) for 1,500 to 6,500 Lbs, and over 6,500 Lbs by flatbed L.T.L. or Truckload direct from your site. We know where your shipment is at all times.
