Refiners are a critical part of your pulping operation. Their function is mechanical separation of the fibre. This procedure causes wear during normal operating conditions. Refiners are disassembled for inspection of the rotors, shafts, bearings, hydraulic system and housing. A detailed Non-Destructive Testing Procedure is carried out on all critical parts. On completion of repair, units are balanced to operating speed.
