Tristar has over 25 years of experience in rebuilding and manufacturing any type and size of Vacuum Washer drums, Pressure Washers and Vats.The extensive knowledge and experience with all models has enabled Tristar to become a leader in design, manufacture and rebuilding of washer drums.

Washer Drum InnovationThrough our company objective of continuous product improvement, Tristar has developed a new design of pressure washer drum that, allied to its manufacture, assures reliability and trouble-free operation for this excellent washing technology. Pulp washer drums are an integral part of the pulping operation. Their functions include mechanical dewatering, cleaning and thickening to varying degrees of product consistency.

Disc Filter Core Pipes help your system to operate with consideration to ecology and economy. Tristar uses finite element analysis to evaluate existing core pipe designs from all manufacturers. The analysis consists of:
